Carnitas El Momo
A modular Webflow build for a legendary LA taquería — translating a brand with a cult following into reusable components built to scale past the current menu and locations.

Context. Carnitas El Momo's existing site didn't reflect the brand's energy, lacked real content structure, performed poorly, and did nothing to showcase the press coverage the restaurant had already earned.

Process. The build started with the brand's core style, then translated it into a modular Webflow system: reusable, editable components; mobile-first layouts with interactive details; and CMS infrastructure built for future content rather than a one-time launch.

Solution. A fast, responsive site pairing bold typography with playful detail, SEO/AEO/GEO optimization, a press showcase for coverage from Netflix, VICE, and Eater, and a flexible architecture that lets menu and location updates happen without touching the underlying build.

A digital home that grows with the brand.

Outcome. The site gives Carnitas El Momo room to expand — merchandise, content, deeper community engagement — without requiring a rebuild to get there.
