Context. Coaching brands tend to lean one of two ways — too corporate, or too vague — and neither serves someone whose actual practice is the product. Coach Lindy LaDow needed an identity and a site that held both professional credibility and real approachability at once.
Process. The identity work centered on softness and strength together, then carried that same balance into a responsive Webflow build — light animation, an intuitive CMS setup for blog posts, recommendations, and resources, so LaDow could keep the site current independently rather than routing every update back through a designer.
When someone is the brand, clarity is paramount.
Solution. A full brand identity system (logo, color, typography), a CMS-driven Webflow site, matching email templates, and JoySprouts — a custom web app built with Memberstack and custom JavaScript delivering daily activities as its own marketing funnel, extending the brand past the site itself.
Outcome. JoySprouts launched in beta in November 2025, giving the practice a second, ongoing touchpoint with the same brand voice built to travel across every surface it appears on.
