Context. Reach-a-Human needed a brand identity for an AI tool built around a simple premise: connecting people with an actual human, fast. The brand had to make that promise felt in the mark itself, not just the marketing copy around it.

Concept. The identity centers on three pillars — clarity, approachability, and trust. The logo draws its visual and conceptual roots from the Japanese kanji for “construction,” while the color system leans into calm tones with a modern edge, built through a diffusion effect that echoes the brand's own premise.

Being human and being digital aren't opposites.

Solution. A full identity system — logo and logomark variations, a color system, and a typography direction described as functional but friendly — with visual guidelines covering product, web, and marketing applications.

Reflection. A reminder that simple ideas, distilled just right, can create lasting brands — the throughline for a project built entirely around making an AI product feel unmistakably human.
