Working closely with the ACTV8me creative director and content team I supported a 6-month long national campaign featuring AMC and the Mobii app with a mix of design and front-end development. I designed decks, app assets, social graphics and developed several websites to house, push and track content through social media and the Mobii application.
Visual Design + Web Development
I designed assets for social media, business decks, print, email, web ad campaigns and developed micro-sites to support this campaign. I primarily worked between content and design throughout this project. While I handled most web tasks, I also worked with the app dev teams.
HTML/CSS - Illustrator - InDesign - Photoshop - Sketch
During the campaign I was tasked with designing assets for a TV spot to promote and inform users about the campaign. It would also act as a live demo if the user had the app.
I created micro-sites throughout the campaign that acted as trackable containers and updated content for the app, social media and other marketing and business purposes. Serving content this way allowed for increased creative flexibility and quick push times without requiring any app developers.
Throughout the campaign we were able to leverage many of the design templates we created to keep pumping out various social media assets. Being creative with elements and layout allowed us to continuously create assets using our initial template and export them for various channels.
The importance of team collaboration became glaringly apparent during this project. Everyone had to deliver or else the others would fail and there was no time for course correction. As a result, ego was very low and it worked out quite well.
