Finding myself redesigning a dashboard

I found myself tasked with a daunting task— redesigning the ACTV8me dashboard at a critical time. Rethinking broken user flows, putting together a fractured visual system, and high turnover made this task feat. Between me and the VP of Product, we had a massive design task to undertake; it wasn't just a dashboard (coming soon).
